My approach involves:
Yoga and Mindfulness-based wellness training and health coaching
I specialize in bodyweight exercise– specifically yoga– because it works with the tools that all of us have access to: our body, mind, breath, and spirit. I don’t bog my clients down with jargon or complicated programs. Exercise should be accessible and inclusive of all of these elements for all of us.
Wellness scaled to your needs
We are all different. We have different genetics, body types, lifestyles, and movement habits. This is the reason that one-size-fits-all training doesn’t work. I’ll help you to understand what you need to meet your goals.
Keeping your mental health in mind
My main focus is supplying you with tools to find a healthy lifestyle both in body and mind. This means that if you happen to be in the process of grieving, or you just lost your job I take those things into consideration just as much as your physical background.
Practical nutrition advice, not impossible diets
Diets usually don’t work. I use no-nonsense, approachable nutrition coaching as Precision Nutrition certified coach to help you understand what your body needs without resorting to fad diets or starvation methods.
